Sam Dreyfus

Sam is an empathic mental health coach fuelled by a profound curiosity for the diversity of the human experience. Currently undertaking his Masters of Clinical Psychology, Sam has spent the last seven years immersed in the world of culturally and neuro-diverse at-risk youth. His focus lies in collaborating with adolescents grappling with ADHD and/or Autism, supporting them to develop a strong sense of self and direction alongside a sense of autonomy and self efficacy.

When he's not in the trenches with his clients, Sam finds solace and inspiration in big-wall rock climbing in the Blue Mountains or immersing himself in nature with a good book, exploring the inner workings of his own psyche. His experiences in special assistance schools across Sydney have cultivated a deep-seated passion for working with young people, employing therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused approaches.

We question all of our beliefs, except for those we truly believe in, and those we never think to question.
