Change Rooms is a private practice located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs with a long standing reputation for providing high quality psychology and mental health services. We are known for our expertise in navigating complex changes and challenges, especially in young people. And we believe you are as old as you feel!

We have no exclusion criteria for clients, EVERYONE is welcome in our practice. We have created what we hope is a safe and welcoming space; bright, optimistic and FUN. Feel free to let your inner child out to play in the wait area. We hope all aspects of your visit to the practice or our pages are therapeutic. We work with people who feel they want an individualised approach to therapy and support and our whole practice is built around our belief that a therapeutic change journey should be a ‘one size fits one’ experience. This means no two people who work with us have the same experience. Our therapists are all highly qualified and experienced in many evidence based therapies, so we are able to, in discussion with you, help you choose the approach that is most aligned with you.
