Sam Dreyfus

Sam is a Registered Psychologist who works with people navigating questions of identity, purpose, relationships, and direction in their lives. Many of the individuals who come to see him know they want something to change, they simply aren’t sure where to begin. His work often centres on helping clients make sense of anxiety, low mood, loneliness, or the loud internal voice of being stuck, while developing greater clarity about what matters to them and how they want to move forward.

Sam integrates evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy alongside insights from attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, and behavioural change. His style is collaborative, curious, and direct, with a focus on helping clients better understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, relationships, and decisions. As he often tells clients, they are the player on the court — his role is to help them see the game more clearly.

We question all of our beliefs, except for those we truly believe in, and those we never think to question.
