Sally Tuffs
Meet Sally, a Medicare Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who holds a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Sally has specialised skills and training in Mindfulness (MBSR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Grief Counselling.
Sally splits her time between Change Rooms and Sydney Children’s Hospital where she provides crisis counselling and support to parents and young people dealing with adjustment to significant life events, chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss.
